How do I get started?
If you plan to use your insurance to pay for sessions, please complete the insuance verification form below so we can confirm your coverage. Once your coverage is verified, we will contact you to set up your free consultation.

Serenity Therapy accepts most major insurance plans as well as private pay. At this time, a sliding scale is not available. To learn more about the insurance plans we accept and self pay rates, click here.
How long are sessions?
Standard therapy sessions are 53 minutes, which is the billable length for each appointment. This allows time for focused, effective work toward your goals.
What should I expect in my first session?
Your first session is a chance to share your story and begin shaping a treatment plan. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant medical or medication history, and what you’ve already tried.
Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?
Serenity Therapy currently offers telehealth-only services for clients residing in Arkansas and Mississippi. Availability for Tennessee is coming soon.
How does telehealth work?
Telehealth sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform provided by Headway. After scheduling, you’ll receive a link to join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone—no special software required. Sessions work best when you’re in a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection.
What states are you licensed in?
Serenity Therapy currently serves clients residing in Arkansas and Mississippi. Services in Tennessee are expected to open in early 2026.
How do I pay for my sessions?
Payment is handled securely through Headway. You’ll provide payment information when scheduling, and payments are processed automatically. Receipts and statements are available through the platform for your records.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled through the online platform. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to another client. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged.
How will I communicate with you?
We use Headway and Spruce to keep communication simple and secure. Headway is used for scheduling, paperwork, and telehealth sessions. Spruce allows for secure, non-urgent messaging between sessions. All communication is HIPAA-compliant and encrypted for privacy.
